simio_rotation_db_splitAuth0 rotated the client_secret but the matching internal write did not commit.
A transient database failure between Auth0 success and our commit. Operators have been paged; the recovery script rotates Auth0 again and seeds a fresh claim (the original new secret is unrecoverable — Auth0 never returns it again).
Contact support@simulacra-data.com immediately and quote the request_id from the response. Do not retry — a duplicate rotation would burn your rate-limit budget.
Do not retry until the request changes.
