`simio_rotation_claim_already_consumed`

HTTP 410 - Rotation claim already consumed

The one-time credential_claim_token from a prior successful rotation has already been redeemed.

Cause

Replay of POST /v1/credential-rotations with a previously-successful Idempotency-Key whose claim_token was already exchanged at POST /v1/credential-claims.

Fix

Issue a fresh rotation (omit the Idempotency-Key or use a new one).

Retry

Do not retry until the request changes.
